Maintenance Plan

cavitron-care-logoAs part of your eligible Cavitron Package purchase you will receive scheduled annual maintenance. Each year your unit is covered under the maintenance plan you will be emailed a reminder when your enrolled unit is due for scheduled maintenance. At which time, follow the instructions in the email to have your unit shipped to Cavitron Care for service.

Who is Eligible?

Cavitron maintenance plans are available on four eligible Cavitron Packages. With the purchase of a maintenance plan eligible package you will also receive exclusive offers throughout the year for other DENTSPLY Professional products!
Eligible Cavitron Packages:

  • Cavitron Touch (G1000) - 3 Years of Maintenance
  • Cavitron JET Plus (G137) - 3 Years of Maintenance
  • Cavitron Plus (G136) - 2 Years of Maintenance
  • Cavitron Prophy-Jet (G138) - 2 Years of Maintenance

What's Included

Cavitron Care will send you a maintenance reminder annually to schedule service on your Cavitron unit for the following items:

General Operation and Function:
  • Evaluation and verification of all clinical functions
  • Evaluation and repair of malfunctions
Water System:
  • Installation of recommended factory upgrades
  • Inspection, repair/replacement of water control valves
  • Testing and calibration of water flow with replacement of clogged or damaged components
  • Evaluation and/or replacement of water supply line filter
  • Repair or replacement of any components found to be leaking
Electrical System:
  • Calibration of ultrasonic circuits
  • Test, verify and repair all electrical functions as needed
  • Inspection and repair of electrical cable connections
Air System: (Jet Plus and Prophy Jet Systems)
  • Evaluation and/or replacement of control valves
  • Replacement of internal tubing and filters
  • Testing and calibration of air flow rate with replacement of needed components
  • Evaluation and/or replacement of main air supply line filter
  • Repair or replacement of any components found to be leaking air
